The consequences of being caught with drugs will vary depending on the type/class of drug you are caught with and what you are perceived/known to be doing with the drugs. If you are caught with drugs you intend to sell or give to your friends, you could be charged with possession with intent to supply or supplying drugs. Possession is when you are caught with drugs you intend to use yourself.
