HIV Positive When Entering the UK ·
You cannot be refused entry into the UK on the grounds that you are HIV positive.
However, if you look very sick, when you enter the UK the immigration officers may request that you undergo a medical examination which could find you too ill to enter the country, despite having the appropriate travel documents.
Failure to comply with the request to take a medical can also result in you being refused entry.
