The Law of Confidentiality may protect you from other people disclosing your HIV status.
It could protect you from your family, friends, acquaintances, etc, disclosing your status.
However, it does not apply to professional and business relationships.
The Law of Confidentiality has some serious limitations. So be very careful who you tell. You cannot untell them.
