How to Handle Feelings ·

There are some practical things that can help like:

  • a warm scented candle lit bath
  • writing a song or writing down how you are really feeling
  • accessing complementary therapy
  • talking to a trusted friend
  • booking a massage
  • taking some time out.

It might help to remember that lots of people have experienced similar emotions and that you do not have to be alone with all of this.
